We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Joiner to join Deanestor, the market leader for undertaking specialist furniture subcontracts in the Healthcare, Student accommodation and Education sector.
The Apprentice course is a Level 2 Wood Product Manufacturing Operative. The length of the program is 12 months, you will be required to attend college one day a week, with the remaining four days in the workplace.

Job Purpose
Working under the supervision of the Production Manager and you will be working in the production factory making bespoke fittings. Working in a fast paced and busy environment making sure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. You will ensure products are finished to a high level.
You will be Undertaking the Following:
Using a variety of wood machinery
Measuring and cutting components
Assembly of furniture products
Following H&S regulations
Working part of a team
Desired Skills:
A logical and adaptable mind-set
Punctual / Timekeeping skills is essential
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Pay: From 8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
