About the Opportunity

JCL Skills Solutions are recruiting for an Apprentice Learning Assistant to join a busy and supportive pre-school setting for children aged 9 months-3 years.

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in Early Years Education. You'll gain valuable, hands-on experience in a real school environment while working towards a nationally recognised EYFS qualification with JCL Skills Solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Learning Assistant, you will:

Support staff in delivering planned learning activities. Help create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children. Contribute to observations and reflections on children's learning and development. Encourage learning through purposeful play. Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND and medical needs. Model positive behaviour and support inclusive practice. Take part in enrichment activities, visits, and wider curriculum opportunities.

What You'll Gain
