We're on the lookout for an ambitious, driven, and curious individual to join us as an

Apprentice Logistics Coordinator

. You'll earn a salary while studying towards a

Business Administration Level 3

qualification and learning directly from experienced professionals who want to see you succeed.

You'll get exposure to all the key areas of the business: operations, customer service, systems, suppliers, and sales. Your job is to keep things moving--literally--while learning how great logistics really works.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the shared inbox and responding to customer queries Handling phone calls confidently and professionally Booking jobs with our couriers and updating our systems Keeping customers informed and ensuring everything runs smoothly Supporting sales activities and following up on quotations Collecting and reviewing paperwork (PODs, orders, etc.) Helping with data and reporting tasks Asking for Google Reviews and feedback from new customers

What We are Looking For You don't need experience, but you do need the right mindset:
