As part of ongoing growth, the consultancy is also building its public profile--both as a brand and through leadership thought pieces--and is now looking for a creative, organised, and proactive apprentice to support that journey.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in digital marketing while working inside a small, fast-growing business. You'll be responsible for coordinating the social media marketing, supporting personal branding activity, helping run events, and assisting with day-to-day sales and marketing admin. You'll also help manage the email marketing and find new ways to engage with the client community.
This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic, hands-on and full of ideas - and you'll get lots of support along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination
Plan and schedule content across social channels (mainly LinkedIn and Instagram)
Help coordinate marketing campaigns for services, training and webinars
Monitor content performance and help generate reports
Maintain our asset library (images, templates, video clips, etc.)
Personal Branding Support
Support the Founder with scheduling personal LinkedIn content
Help brainstorm and research ideas for posts and thought leadership
Repurpose content such as podcast clips, blog articles, and video snippets
Email Marketing & Community Engagement
Help manage and grow the email marketing list
Assist with writing and sending regular email newsletters and campaign updates
Support engagement with our community of clients and followers
Sales Support
Keep our CRM system up to date with leads and proposals
Help prepare sales and marketing performance reports
Assist with follow-up emails and client onboarding processes
Event Admin & Content Capture
Support logistics for virtual events and webinars
Help us prepare for in-person events such as expos and networking days
Attend events and client meetings (mainly in London and surrounding counties) to capture photos, video or stories to feed into our marketing
Requirements
Organised, detail-focused and good at juggling different tasks
Naturally creative with an interest in social media, content, or events
Curious and enthusiastic about learning new skills
A good communicator, both written and spoken
Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Docs, and social platforms (or keen to learn)
Able to drive and travel to our office and events.
Must have a full driving license and access to a car
Achieved grade C/4 and above in English and maths GCSE
Ideally educated to A-level standard or above

The Apprenticeship
This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:
Campaign management;
Content creation;
Social Media marketing;
Digital and traditional communications;
Brand management;
Communication skills;
Project Management;
And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you're finished on the apprenticeship you'll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
