At Perth & Kinross Council our apprentice masons ensure our housing stock is maintained, and all building works are safe for our tenants.



Working 37 hours each week, 8am -16:30 Monday to Thursday and 8am -13:00 on Fridays, your work will include:


Planned Building maintenance Day to day emergency and responsive repairs Building Works and the preparation of vacant properties for relet.


Our Housing Repairs Service operates an out of hours emergency repairs service 24 hours / 365 days per year.



You'll work in our team of Mason/Bricklayers and other trades staff travelling throughout the stunning Perth and Kinross area in one of our fleet vehicles.



As an apprentice mason, you'll will be encouraged and supported to gain further qualifications.



If you haven't completed your qualification just yet, we'd still love to hear from you. You might be about to finish an apprenticeship and looking for your next move or, if you are part way through, we may be able to support and help you to complete your qualification.
