"The role will include customer service and will be administratively focused. You'll be helping Mortgage Advisers process their business compliantly and ensure it progresses as required. You will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure they are always kept fully informed throughout their mortgage journey.
To carry out the service, your day-to-day routine could involve dealing with customers, mortgage and protection advisers, mortgage lenders and protection providers, estate agents, valuers, builders and solicitors.
You'll need to follow strict rules and guidelines, which make sure customers are kept informed and business is processed compliantly.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.
customer update calls.
mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications.
customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers.
dealing with general customer queries.
answering inbound customer calls.
meeting daily activity targets.
working within a team to take on administrative duties.
dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders."
