Role: Apprentice Nursery Nurse Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day with 30 minutes paid lunch break, 8 hours on a rota basis will be between 0730 and 1830

Harcourt Day Nursery is a well established nursery located in a privately owned building close to the center of Harrogate and we are looking for an enthusiastic, well motivated and dedicated individual to work in our small, friendly nursery team.

We pride ourselves on the caring, nurturing and fun ethos that our nursery is based on, therefore a professional caring nature and a passion for childcare is essential and with very strong links to our parents being a confident communicator is also important.

You must be hardworking, reliable, flexible.

You will need to be able to work well as part of a very well established team.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery setting. Support early childhood education activities and promote developmental milestones. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a positive environment. Maintain a clean and safe nursery space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
