As an Apprentice with TKC, you will:
Learn all aspects of Early Years Education at Level 2/3
Plan play activities to support children as they develop
Provide for the care and practical needs of the children, including health, hygiene and nutrition
Work with as part of a small friendly and supportive team
Applicant must be:
Hardworking, self-motivated
Well-spoken and -presented
Able to work independently and use their own initiative
Able to communicate well
Flexible with a fun, happy, positive attitude
Educational Requirements
In terms of education, applicants should have qualifications at Level 4 or above in both English and Maths. For applicants who
do not
have Level 4 in English and Maths, you must have one, with the clear ability to earn a Functional Skills Qualification in the other.
