About the Role:



The Partner Account Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Team by assisting Partner Account Managers, Technical Account Managers, and the wider commercial team. This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining accurate records in internal systems, producing reports, coordinating team activity, and providing administrative support across the sales cycle.

The role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in sales or account management, with opportunities to grow into more senior positions over time. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key.

Your Responsibilities:



Maintain and update customer and partner records in Salesforce and other internal systems

Assist with the creation and distribution of reports (e.g., pipeline, forecast, performance)

Support Partner Account Managers with proposal preparation and documentation

Monitor shared inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate team member

Prepare agendas and take minutes for internal and partner meetings

Coordinate onboarding documentation and internal team handovers for new partners/customers

Track contract status and assist with agreement distribution and storage

Help organise partner training sessions, webinars, and enablement events

Support the marketing team by preparing content for newsletters and campaigns

Log and maintain data hygiene across sales and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Assist with organising quarterly business reviews with key partners

Provide general administrative support to the Sales Director and wider team

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:



Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot (training provided)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Eagerness to learn and progress within a sales/commercial team

Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive

Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and/or events
