Key Responsibilities: Parts Advisor Apprenticeship Job Tasks

Assist customers and colleagues in the identification, location, and supply of correct parts and accessories Support the team in processing parts orders, both face-to-face and via telephone or online channels Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory with care Handle incoming deliveries, check for accuracy, and help to organise parts storage areas Learn to use Mercedes-Benz parts catalogues, dealership management systems, and ordering tools Deliver a helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable service to all customers and internal departments Follow all health and safety and compliance standards in the workplace
