Role Overview

As an Apprentice Project Manager, you'll work closely with senior project managers and site teams to help plan, manage, and deliver construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating site activities and subcontractors Help track project progress, schedules, and budgets Support health & safety compliance and documentation Attend project meetings and produce basic reports Communicate with suppliers, clients, and team members Learn and apply project management processes and construction best practices Support daily site operations and administrative tasks Help with planning and filming promotional content

Requirements

Strong interest in construction and project management Excellent communication and organisation skills Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving attitude Basic computer skills (Excel, email, document management) Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
