What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting daily quality inspections across components and projects
Learning to operate advanced equipment including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Assisting in the investigation of quality issues and trend analysis
Helping document critical procedures, inspection plans, and standard work instructions
Contributing to process improvements and new technology evaluations (e.g. 3D scanning)
This hands-on role combines 4 days per week on-site with 1 day at college (fully supported), giving you the chance to build both your practical and theoretical knowledge over a 4-year apprenticeship.
What We're Looking For:
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
Comfortable using and learning new IT systems and technology
Ability to formally document processes, procedures, and inspection plans
Interest in quality assurance, manufacturing, or engineering
