Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking a proactive and passionate individual to support our electrical apprentices as they progress through their training. In this role, you'll be the key link between learners, lecturers, and employers--ensuring apprentices stay motivated, meet milestones, and develop the skills they need for a successful career. You'll conduct regular progress reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help identify any barriers to achievement. Your work will make a real difference in shaping the next generation of electrical professionals.
