About the Role



We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as an

Apprentice Sales & Business Development Apprentice

.

This is first and foremost a

sales role

, ideal for someone eager to build a successful career in sales, client management, and business growth.

You'll be responsible for

generating new business

,

building client relationships

, and

supporting the company's development

through proactive outreach. Alongside this, you'll complete a

Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

with MSFDN, which will help you use modern communication and marketing tools to enhance your sales performance and client engagement.

We're not looking for someone to change our systems, but we do welcome fresh ideas that can

modernise communication, outreach, and customer engagement

in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new sales leads through telephone, email, and face-to-face contact. Reconnect with lapsed clients and explore new opportunities with existing accounts. Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships built on trust and service. Contribute to business development plans and track progress against targets. Use multi-channel marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, digital content, etc.) to support outreach. Attend meetings, trade shows, or networking events to promote Gosh Projects. Maintain accurate records of all sales and client activity.

Training & Support



You'll complete a

fully funded Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

, delivered by MSFDN - a specialist training provider supporting emerging professionals in creative, digital, and business careers.

You will receive:

Hands-on training in sales, communication, and company products. Support in using marketing tools to complement your sales activity. Ongoing mentoring from experienced team members. Clear progression routes within the business.

Person Specification



Enthusiastic and eager to build a career in sales. Confident communicator with excellent people skills. Organised, dependable, and motivated to achieve goals. Good numeracy and IT skills. Creative thinker who can suggest fresh ideas without overhauling systems. Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential). Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
