What You'll Be Doing:

Learning how to deliver an outstanding MINI customer experience, from first enquiry to vehicle handover Supporting the sales team with day-to-day showroom operations and online enquiries Gaining product knowledge to confidently present MINI vehicles and features to potential customers Learning about finance options, insurance products, and aftersales services Working towards sales targets while always maintaining a customer-first approach Completing structured training as part of the MINI Sales Apprenticeship Programme

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills Confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for customer service and the MINI brand A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organisational skills and attention to detail GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred Previous customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential

Training Provided:

You'll take part in the official MINI Sales Apprenticeship Programme, combining in-house learning, online training, and dedicated mentorship. You'll gain industry-recognised qualifications while earning and learning on the job.
