Apprenticeship Qualification & Development Details

Apprenticeship Framework (Indicative):

Level 3 Customer Service Practitioner

or*

Level 3 Sales Executive Apprenticeship

(Final qualification aligned to the candidate's chosen pathway during development)

What the Apprenticeship Includes:

Structured on-the-job learning within the showroom and customer service teams Formal apprenticeship training with an approved training provider Regular coaching, mentoring, and progress reviews Development of communication, confidence, and commercial awareness Exposure to premium automotive retail standards through INEOS Automotive and Busseys

Apprentice (Year 1) Trainee (Sales or Customer Service focus) Full Sales Executive or Customer Service Advisor
