Job Overview
We are seeking a young person with a strong interest in the motor trade to join our team. You will be leaning how to paint any type of vehicle from prestige cars to trucks and caravans. It will be a 4 year apprenticeship with 1 week each month spent at college then the remaining time onsite working with a tradesman learning skills hands on
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Find and mix colours for the jobs onsite Mask and prep vehicles ready for paint Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. General Housekeeping Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on-site. Communicate effectively with tradesmen and work alongside them to gain as much experience as possible As you progress though the apprenticeship you will gain the skills and knowledge required to prepare and paint vehicles
Experience
Strong interest in the motor trade Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with team members. Strong communication skills to take instruction A drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: From 7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
