We are a small, busy company looking for a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in spray painting machinery, components, or fabricated parts, ensuring a high-quality finish. In addition to spraying duties, the role may involve assisting with other workshop tasks such as preparation, masking, light fabrication, and general workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking).
- Operate spray painting equipment.
- Mix paints and coatings to correct specifications.
- Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings to machinery and metalwork.
- Inspect finished products to ensure a high-quality, defect-free finish.
- Maintain spray booth and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with other workshop duties when required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including PPE and COSHH regulations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in spray painting (industrial or machinery preferred).
- Knowledge of 2K paint and mixing ratios.
- Ability to work to a high standard with attention to detail.
- Basic workshop skills (grinding, sanding, masking) are beneficial.
- Willingness to assist with general workshop tasks as needed.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
