We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our Digital Testing Team, working to ensure our Digital developments, both new and existing, are robustly tested to ensure sufficient quality for our customers. The role will be assisting with the undertaking the testing of software across various systems and integrations to identify improvements and to deliver modern and efficient customer focused services, continuing Doncaster's digital transformation journey.
Combining work and education, this role allows you to take steps in starting or changing your career. Studying for a L4 Software Developer apprenticeship whilst working alongside the Digital Testing Team and experienced team of Developers will give you the ability to develop your knowledge, skills and exposure you will need for a career in Software Testing and Development.
No experience is required, just a desire to succeed and a keen interest in technology and a desire to develop skills in other areas of the technical specialism focussed on digital transformation. We will provide you with a thorough training programme so that you are comfortable in your role and can perform to the best of your abilities. You will need to take pride in your work and be a real team player and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and partners. You will need to be able to meet the entry requirements of the Software Tester level 4 apprenticeship and have the willingness, desire and to successfully complete this demanding apprenticeship.
