An independent, family run business, Flair Windows & Doors has branches in Minworth, Lichfield, Coventry, and Warwick. Hours

Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm

Job Summary

Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring customers receive a fast and efficient response, building customer loyalty and enhancing the company's reputation for service.

Duties and Responsibilities

Liaise daily with customers & advise them on numerous products and offers

Generate business through leads and existing customers

Serve customers at the Trade Counter

Taking orders and payments in person, via telephone and email

Monitor and accurately control stock.

Stock ordering for all branches.

Allocate stock and ensure the stock is delivered to the branches through our transport team.

Receive deliveries from suppliers, ensure all quantities are correct undamaged, resolving any deficiencies/anomalies

Promote additional products and services to customers.

Complete customer collections

Perform any other duties as may be deemed necessary or as may be required by the company

Required Skills

Physically fit as a degree of manual handing is required

Ability to work alone & or part of a team

Strong numerical & communication skills

Use initiative to enhance the business by being proactive

Friendly, approachable, and reliable

Effective communicator

Basic administration skills including Microsoft Office and Email

Keep up to date with product knowledge

Manage point of sales processes

Flexible and a can-do attitude to ensure the requirements of the business are met

Want to progress and develop knowledge and skill set within the industry to fulfil not only company requirement but own goals and aspirations

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: 7.55 per hour

Work Location: In person
