About The Role

Are you ready to kick-start your career in transport and logistics? We are seeking a motivated and organised apprentice to join our Transport and Planning team at Brett Aggregates. Based in Faversham, this hands-on role as an Apprentice Transport Planner will help you develop key skills while supporting the day-to-day operations of our fleet and delivery services. If you're IT-savvy, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference behind the scenes, then this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience whilst studying towards an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

About Your Role

Provide administrative support to the Transport department Assist the Planning team in enhancing the efficiency our drivers and Southern and London Home Counties fleets through effective planning strategies Support daily delivery operations for both internal and external fleets, ensuring customer service standards are consistently achieved

We're Looking For

Proficient in IT systems and tools Familiarity with logistics and transportation operations (preferred but not required) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Self-driven, disciplined, and proactive in approach Effective communicator, comfortable engaging at all levels both verbally and in writing Strong analytical thinking and confident decision-making abilities
