The Role

As an Apprentice Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a busy warehouse team while completing a recognised apprenticeship qualification. You will gain hands-on experience across all core warehouse functions, learning how to operate safely, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch Loading and unloading deliveries Stock control and inventory checks Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse Using warehouse systems and handheld scanners Complying with all health and safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work well as part of a team Basic IT and numeracy skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious No previous warehouse experience required
