We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Apprentice Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in water engineering, working alongside experienced engineers on swimming pool systems, water treatment solutions, and mechanical plant equipment. You'll gain real-world experience, formal training, and industry-recognised qualifications while contributing to exciting and varied projects across the region.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of swimming pool and water treatment systems Learn to carry out water testing and chemical dosing under supervision Support planned and reactive maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical plant equipment Shadow experienced engineers on-site visits to hotels, leisure centres, schools, and private homes Help maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to a high standard Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies Attend college or training provider sessions to complete your apprenticeship programme

What We're Looking For:

Enthusiasm for engineering, mechanics, or water treatment systems A practical mindset with a willingness to learn and develop Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (or equivalent qualifications) A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
