The team are now hiring for an
Apprentice/Graduate Commercial Team Administrator
to support the commercial team from the offices in Norwich, in a range of administrative and commercial support services, covering day-to-day admin right through to supporting the creation of marketing/social media content for the company as necessary.
This is a full time office based role in Norwich.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration support to Commercial Team and Senior Leadership team
Supporting the Technical Sales Teams in the Preparation and management of client based tender and framework documentation
Supporting all aspects of company administration, file handling, document management and support for areas such as preparing Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements/maintain NDA record
Maintain up-to-date company information on internal and external portals, client databases and online tendering websites etc
Support with other company administrative tasks as necessary including liaising with other RSK group business units and departments (e.g Marcoms, working groups, sector groups etc)
Support and maintain the Sales and Marketing yearly budget and its tracking against spend.
Exposure and training will include:
Working on and with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Investigations at a high level of new markets through online research and present findings in line with business plan and strategy
Assist with team travel and logistics organisation as required
Maintain commercial records e.g. Project History/Client Feedback, etc
Prepare/administer/organise Marketing/Social-Media/Website/Events/Campaigns and materials
Skills that will be developed:
Commercial awareness with a creative and analytical mind
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
Microsoft Word/Excel - advanced skills
Development of communication skills (written and verbal)
Understanding and application of Ai in appropriate applications and Ai tool development
Gain experience in administering marketing campaigns, preparing social media posts for all current social media platforms and an understanding of brand awareness.
Have the ability to take on responsibility as the business grows
