This is a fixed-term contract until the 18th December.
The apprenticeship administrator will play a key role in assisting with our delivery and compliance of apprenticeship programmes. This position is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and will give the candidate experience in the world of apprenticeships and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Learner Onboarding & Systems Setup.
Set up new learners on LMS systems.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry to support learner journeys.
Timesheet & Documentation Review.
Review Off-the-Job (OTJ) training timesheets prior to completion to ensure compliance.
Review timesheets on a quarterly basis and report on common findings.
Data Management & Reporting.
Maintain and update key administrative trackers.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports for internal stakeholders.
Support the team with general administrative duties and contribute to the continuous improvement of admin processes.
Requirements
Essential:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Able to communicate clearly and professionally via email and in person.
Willingness to learn about apprenticeships and compliance requirements.
Desirable but not required:
Previous administrative experience in an office, education, or training environment.
Familiarity with off-the-job training or apprenticeship documentation.
Understanding of the apprenticeship landscape or ESFA requirements
