This role is an administrative position supporting the apprenticeship department, rather than an individual enrolled as an apprentice.

Role Purpose
The Apprenticeship Administrator will play a key role in supporting the administration of apprenticeship programmes. This includes assisting with administrative activity (such as replying to emails and updating trackers), supporting the registration and booking of EPA activity, completing internal reporting, and providing essential support to wider internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Apprenticeship Administration
+ Support the apprenticeship department with administration tasks.
+ Process AAT SEPA registrations and manage related administration tasks.
+ Book End Point Assessments (EPAs) and liaise with the team to schedule mock discussions.
+ Maintain accurate records across a variety of trackers and teams. Reporting
+ Support administration between the apprenticeship department and other departments.
+ Complete reporting and data requests, including monthly KPI reports and one-to-one performance data. General Administration
+ Provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Experience Required
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience in apprenticeship administration is desirable but not essential- full training will be provided.
