We are expanding our internal leadership apprenticeship offer and are seeking an experienced and passionate Apprenticeship Trainer Assessor to join our dynamic team.



In this exciting new role, you'll deliver Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 and Operations/Departmental Manager Level 5 apprenticeships - as well as have the opportunity to design and deliver wider leadership development training for our future leaders and talent pipeline.




This is more than a delivery role - it's a chance to shape our leadership curriculum from the ground up. We're looking for someone who thrives on writing, designing, and delivering innovative, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.

Duties

What You'll Do:


Deliver inspiring apprenticeship training and assessment for Leadership & Management Level 3 and Level 5 programmes. Work with colleagues to create fresh, creative leadership pathways, lessons, and workshops. Contribute to curriculum design, ensuring programmes are practical, engaging, and aligned with industry best practice. Deliver training primarily online, with occasional in-person sessions and learner visits where needed. Travel to Derby for standardisation meetings and occasional regional delivery.

Required Experience

What We're Looking For:
Experience in delivering leadership & management apprenticeship standards (Level 3 & 5) including relevant leadership qualifications and experience. Strong skills in designing creative, learner-focused training resources. Teaching qualification- A minimum Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training - or a willingness to work towards it. Passion for helping others develop their leadership potential. Ability to travel for meetings, training, and in-person delivery. An Assessor Award (or equivalent) A Level 5 qualification or higher in Management Strong IT skills and confidence using e-portfolio systems English and maths at Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) Ability to manage a caseload and build strong relationships with learners and managers

This is a National role with expectations of travel to Derby for standardisation meetings and training and also delivery of training to other parts of UK businesses may be required in person.
