Learning and Development Coach (Apprenticeships)

- Drive high-quality Apprenticeship delivery by coaching staff, aligning teaching practice with industry needs and supporting real-world skills development.

What Will You Bring to the Role



Exploring:

You will seek out new ideas, knowledge, and skills, and applying them quickly to support staff development

Driving:

You will focus on immediate and future targets, remaining determined to achieve and being motivated to meet staff goals/aspirations.

Interacting:

You will adapt behaviour to develop effective relationships and closely collaborate with a range of staff.

Organising:

You will structure and organising workload with self-discipline, planning and consideration. Be controlled and thoughtful when arranging activities and scheduling work across sectors.
