T & A Projects Ltd is an expanding Electrical company. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated electrician to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is crucial to ensuring that our electrical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations, contributing significantly to our mission of excellence in construction. To be successful, the candidates must have at least 5 years' experience, work well alone and in a team. You would need to pass all security and enhanced DBS, have a clean driving licence, be hardworking and reliable.

Main Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and public properties. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and make necessary adjustments. Liaising with clients / site managers on project progress Liaising with office staff about supplies & materials provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be / have:

At least 5 years' experience Able to work as a team or individual Good people skills Enthusiastic Good attention to detail Flexible & willing to travel at short notice (if needed) Travelling and staying away from home (if needed) ECS Gold card 2391 Testing & Inspection AM2 NVQ Levels 2 & 3 Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Full driving license essential Must have own basic tools Need to pass all security and enhanced DBS
