The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Aquatic Co-Ordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our swim programme across three centres. This key role provides leadership and coordination for swim staff while ensuring excellent customer service and communication. You'll be the central point of contact for swim-related enquiries and work closely with the Aquatics Development Manager to maintain and develop a high-quality, customer-focused swim offering.

We are looking for a Aquatic Co-ordinator to join us in transforming our business from 'good' to 'great'! This is a thrilling time for our company, and we need a key team member like you to help us achieve unprecedented success.
What does the role involve?
A hands-on role that requires you to:
Coordinate swim teacher schedules and manage cover arrangements across all centres
Organise cover for both planned and emergency absences
Lead swim teacher inductions and ensure alignment with operational standards
Review and approve annual leave requests
Support recruitment processes, including interviewing candidates
Manage and respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
Handle high-level customer complaints professionally and escalate when appropriate
Collaborate with operations and facilities teams to ensure safe, clean, and effective swim environments
Assist with marketing and promotion of swim programmes
Cover swim sessions where required
Skills and competencies:

Qualifications:
Essential:
A recognised Swim Teacher Qualification (e.g., STA or Swim England Level 2 or equivalent)
Availability and flexibility to support cover needs across multiple locations
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Desirable:
A valid Teacher Rescue Award or Teacher Safety Award
Experience supporting or managing staff performance

This role will be based at Havant Leisure Centre
but will be expected to travel to other company
site as the need requires.
