Join our team at Exertis UK as an AR & Service Specialist where you'll be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable & Service team by completing financial processes, completing administration tasks and speaking to customers on a daily basis.






As part of the team, you'll:




Manage financial transactions and account reconciliation including invoicing, credit and debit note processing, remittance allocation and RMA entries using ERP systems and customer portals. Prepare and distribute customer statements and reports ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of billing queries and unpaid items. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders facilitating regular communication to resolve disputes and improve service delivery. Support operational improvements and contract compliance, collaborating across teams to refine processes and ensure adherence to customer specific terms.
