Job Description

On a family run diversified and mixed farming business based between Bridlington and Filey.
Our business includes a pedigree herd of Hereford cattle, cereal production and an avadex application contracting operation.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work within our small team.
The right candidate will carry out avadex applications, complete all primary cultivations as well as carry out all other daily farm tasks.
Depending on experience relief spraying and relief drilling opportunities may be available.
The ideal individual must have the following attributes:

• A high attention to detail
• Ability to work alone and as part of a small team
• A "can do" attitude and take pride in what they do
• Be adaptable and carry out a variety of tasks across the various aspects of the business - no 2 days are the same!
• Have a good sense of humour
• PA1/PA2/PA4 S and G/Telehandler certificate/trailer licence preferred
• Experience in handling livestock
• Willing to work long hours in peak season
