ARB Architect for Luxury Residential, Hospitality and Interior Projects

Permanent, Full Time

Salary Guide: \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa344,000

Summary

A leading architecture practice specialising in bespoke small and medium-sized luxury residential, hospitality and interior projects. The practice is looking for an Architect with 2-3 years post qualification experience to join their team and contribute to the success of the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end projects with a talented team of designers and architects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and technical accuracy
• Develop project plans and timelines, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Create detailed drawings, models and renderings using Revit and other design software
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections, reviewing construction progress and ensuring adherence to design intent
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Key requirements:

• 2-3 years Post Part III qualification experience
• Experience working on luxury residential, hospitality and interior design projects
• Strong design and detailing ability with a portfolio that demonstrates these skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite; Revit is advantageous
• Knowledge of UK building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in working with clients, contractors and subcontractors
• A passion for high-end design and luxury projects
• Have the right to live and work in the UK
