The Person
A self motivated Contract Manager with perseverance and entrepreneurial appetite.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of managing arboricultural teams, being able to drive productivity and ensuring that the workforce provides a quality service.
A strategic outlook driving continuous improvement and efficiencies
Working with commercial and non-commercial clients.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google systems would be preferred.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role involving taking the lead on delivery of our arboriculture services in the North East area, monitoring the progress of teams on-site and taking quick and effective action to maintain both high productivity and client satisfaction.
Responsibility for the Contract accounts and production of weekly and monthly reports.
Organise staff and teams to deliver the service
Recruitment of both seasonal and permanent staff
Liaison with Client Officers
Overseeing system compliance and quality checks
Organising teams and rotas
Taking a leading role in health and safety
