ARB/RIBA Qualified Revit Project Architect

Multiple sector experience across large-scale long-term projects

Award-winning London Practice

Salary Guide: \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa348,000

Summary If you are an ARB/RIBA qualified Project Architect, with an ambitious and go-getter attitude, with strong Revit skills and experience across multiple sectors including large scale long term projects - currently, at technical later stages, we have the role for you! You will complete technical/construction packages for major studio projects and complete to project deadlines as a team. Also, passion for technical detailing in Revit is essential and a love of the industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience on:

  • Delivery of technical and construction packages as well as overseeing a project across all RIBA stages
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential with a beautiful and well-presented portfolio demonstrating Revit technical detailing
  • Knowledge of current UK Building Regs & British Standards
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • A minimum of five years post qualification experience
  • Proven ability in coordinating design teams and clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Some experience with Contract Administration
About the studio The practice is located in leafy southwest London, in a brand new studio, complete with workshops, a bar, locker facilities, and fresh coffee on tap! The studio is young, lively, and breaking new ground in the high-density housing sector. Live/ work balance is encouraged - computers off at 4pm on a Friday for beer and prosecco downstairs before the weekend! Typically employees are promoted within 2 years - this is perhaps one of the most supportive practices I have worked with personally in London.
