Strong Revit Project Architect

Award-winning Housing Project

You must be RIBA or ARB qualified

Salary Guide: \xc2\xa338,000 - \xc2\xa348,000

Summary If you are a RIBA or ARB qualified Project Architect, with an ambitious and go-getter attitude, with strong Revit skills and experience across multiple sectors including UK housing and mixed-use projects - though the practice is very diverse and also work on education and healthcare projects too. O lots of potential opportunities here. You will be involved in completing technical/construction packages for major studio projects and completing to project deadlines as a team. Passionate for technical detailing in Revit is important but this is an all-rounder Project Architect role, for someone who loves the industry and what they can do to make a difference!

The ideal candidate will have experience on:

  • Overseeing projects from concept to completion, including delivery of technical and construction packages.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential with a beautiful and well-presented portfolio demonstrating Revit technical detailing
  • Knowledge of current UK Building Regs & British Standards
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • A minimum of five years post qualification experience
  • Proven ability in coordinating design teams and clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Some experience with Contract Administration
About the studio The practice is located in leafy southwest London, in a brand new studio, complete with workshops, a bar, locker facilities, and fresh coffee on tap! The studio is young, lively, and breaking new ground in the high-density housing sector. Live/ work balance is encouraged - computers off at 4pm on a Friday for beer and prosecco downstairs before the weekend! Typically employees are promoted within 2 years - this is perhaps one of the most supportive practices I have worked with personally in London.
