Due to the nature of this role and licensing requirements, you are required to be 18 years and over.

Applicants must be fully flexible, shifts range from 8am-11pm

We are looking for arcade & casino team members, for the right candidate's there's a strong possibility of year round.

Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment
Experienced delivering excellent customer service
Willingness to learn and develop

Industry compliance training

Duties for the arcade attendant include restocking machines, supervising areas, collections, id checks, serving food & drink in the casino, reporting any faults and general maintenance. General day to day cleaning as required.

Duties for the shop include serving customers for both prizes and change, restocking the shop area and merchandising of new stock. General day to day cleaning as required.

Applicant must have a can do attitude and be prepared to work as part of a team. You will be able to calmly and efficiently deal with any problems that arise with machines/customers and use your own initiative to get jobs completed.

Shift patterns cover mornings-afternoons, evenings, weekends & bank holidays/school holidays over five days. The hours are in the range of 25-45 per week.

This is a customer facing role and you must be comfortable interacting with the general public so you will need to be open, friendly and helpful at all times.
