You will be expected to demonstrate experience and contribute across all RIBA stages, from early concept design through to technical development, planning submissions, and client coordination
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support the design and delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages.
Prepare planning and building regulation drawings and submissions.
Attend client and site meetings; undertake measured surveys.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
Manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines.
Support other team members and contribute to a positive studio culture.
Requirements
Live in or around Manchester and able to travel to our Worsley office.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site and client visits.
Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist / Technician.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (CAD test may be required).
Confident in carrying out measured surveys and creating accurate floor plans.
In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
Previous experience in residential sector projects is essential.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
