Architect/ project Runner

- 3+ Years Post-Qualification Experience

Location: Derbyshire (Hybrid / Office-based at our countryside studio)

Are you a creative, driven, and ambitious Architect ready to take the next step in your career?

We're looking for a fully qualified Architect or experienced suitably qualified architectural project runner with over three years' post-qualification experience to join our energetic and forward-thinking practice.

At our studio, no two projects are the same. You will be part of a team working on high-profile and diverse schemes -- from contemporary new homes and rural redevelopments to large-scale sports and education facilities, commercial refurbishments, and master-planning projects. We're passionate about design quality, technical excellence, and pushing boundaries to deliver architecture that inspires and endures.

You will have the opportunity to take real ownership of projects -- from early concept and client engagement through to technical delivery and on-site coordination -- supported by a collaborative team that values creativity, innovation, and growth.

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong design and presentation skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (or willingness to learn). Can manage projects across RIBA Stages 1-6 with confidence and attention to detail. Communicates well with clients, consultants, and contractors. Is enthusiastic about architecture, sustainability, and problem-solving. Enjoys working in a supportive environment where initiative and new ideas are encouraged.In return,
