Architects and Architectural Technologists/Technicians - ArchiCAD
London - hybrid
38,000 - 45,000
We are currently working with a medium-sized architecture practice based in London that is busy with large-scale residential projects for leading developers. As a result, they are looking to make a couple of key hires.
The practice is particularly keen to hear from Architects and Architectural Technologists/Technicians who have strong ArchiCAD skills and can contribute effectively at RIBA Stage 4. While the opportunity has long-term potential for growth within the company, the immediate need is for candidates who are confident and capable of delivering at Stage 4.
You may come from a different sector background or have international project experience, the team is supportive and can assist with UK building regulations and sector-specific learning. However, the non-negotiables are:
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Proven Stage 4 delivery experience
- Experience on medium to large-scale projects
- Full eligibility to work in the UK (without visa sponsorship)
