Develop the overall architecture and blueprint for back-office solutions, aligning them with business needs and Workday functionalities. Design and manage the integration of Workday with other systems, ensuring data flows smoothly and securely. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Oversee the implementation process, ensuring the project stays on track, within budget, and meets defined objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation. Possess in-depth knowledge of Workday's capabilities and limitations Facilitate change management activities related to the implementation of new solutions, ensuring user adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in Java, API Gateway, GCP Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and technologies relevant to Workday and back-office systems. Hands-on experience with Workday implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery. * Experience with project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
