Summary

We are a small bespoke architectural practice working in the high-end residential field. Our clients are in London and Surrey and we tend to run projects from planning through to completion on site. We are looking for a flexible team player who has knowledge of AutoCad and some 3D software experience. Knowledge of the planning process, Building Regulations and construction detailing is important.

We have a portfolio of interesting projects ready to hit site in 2025.

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our dynamic team at COMPOSITION DESIGN Ltd. In this role, you will assist in the development of architectural designs and contribute to various projects at all stages, co-ordinating with other professional consultants and also be client facing.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and schematics using AutoCAD . Collaborate with director on project development from concept through to completion. Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design specifications. Support the creation of 3D models using Sketchup. Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design ideas. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural design.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup (or other CGI packages) is essential. Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes. We are especially looking for candidates that have good construction detailing knowledge. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
