We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, contributing innovative ideas and technical skills to enhance our designs. Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop architectural designs and plans. Create detailed drawings and models using software such as REVIT/ CAD. Revit skills iss aa absolute MUST!!!! Assist in the preparation of presentations and graphic design materials for client meetings. Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements. Support the team in building design concepts from initial sketches through to final execution. Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for design improvements. Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards throughout the design process.

Requirements

A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential. Proficiency in architectural software Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
