Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and fully qualified

Architectural Design Manager

with a strong background in

luxury interior architecture

to lead the implementation of an ultra-prime residential project. This individual will act as a key liaison between design intent and on-site execution, ensuring the original vision is not only preserved but elevated through thoughtful detailing and design-led problem-solving.

This is a rare opportunity to be the aesthetic guardian of a once-in-a-generation project, playing a central role in the quality control, coordination, and resolution of all interior architectural elements during construction.

Key Responsibilities



Design Oversight & Implementation

Interpret, review, and implement complex interior design packages with precision and sensitivity to the luxury brief. Act as the project's design authority on site, ensuring that all interior architectural elements meet the approved design intent and highest aesthetic standards.

Problem Solving & Technical Resolution

Identify potential design conflicts or buildability issues on site and propose elegant, design-led solutions in a timely manner. Lead the development of architectural detailing in response to real-world constraints, maintaining both function and finesse.

Coordination & Collaboration

Liaise with external consultants, contractors, fabricators, and the internal design team to ensure seamless integration of all interior architectural elements. Attend regular site meetings, producing clear design-related directives and maintaining up-to-date records of decisions and progress.

Quality Control

Conduct ongoing quality reviews and site inspections to ensure design standards are rigorously maintained throughout. Champion materials, finishes, and craftsmanship that reflect the project's ultra-luxury positioning.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Clearly communicate design rationale, value engineering implications, and aesthetic decisions to the client team and consultants. Support the client in making design-related decisions that uphold the project vision and elevate the final outcome.

Candidate Profile



Fully qualified Architect (ARB / RIBA registered or international equivalent) with at least

7+ years' experience

, including site-based implementation roles. Proven track record working on

high-end residential or hospitality projects

, ideally in listed or heritage buildings. Exceptional eye for detail and an instinct for luxury aesthetics, proportion, and finish quality. Strong problem-solving ability, with a calm and confident approach to issue resolution in live environments. Excellent communication and coordination skills; comfortable leading conversations with consultants, contractors, and craftspeople. Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management platforms (e.g. Procore or similar). Able to read and critique complex drawing packages, and prepare supplementary sketches/details where necessary.

Pay: 90,000.00 per year
