Architectural Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life through thoughtful design and rapid, high-quality rendering.
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs from conceptualization through to detailed construction documents.
Collaborate closely with clients and project teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Produce high-quality architectural renderings within demanding timelines (spanning days), effectively communicating design intent and aesthetics.
Prepare presentations, drawings, and other visual materials for client meetings and project approvals.
Ensure designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
3-5 years of progressive experience working as an Architect with a solid portfolio showcasing your design and rendering skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard software.
London driving License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
