We are seeking a skilled and design-oriented Architectural Designer/Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with the team and the MD to bring innovative designs to life. This position requires proficiency in Auto CAD , sketch up and key eye for detail and design. Salary DOE.
Responsibilities
Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD for both Leisure, commercial and Domestic projects.
Create 3d detailed sketch up models of holiday parks, spas and houses.
Create Photoshop site layouts.
Assist in the preparation of planning drawings.
Undertake measured building surveys.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of planning guidelines , along with industry standards, to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CAD software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and building processes.
A keen eye for attention to detail and a passion for design innovation.
Previous experience in producing planning packages.

Pay: 26,000.00-33,000.00 per year
