The Role

We're looking for an

experienced Architectural Technician

to join our talented studio team. You'll play a key role in the delivery of inspirational wellness projects - from concept to completion - collaborating with designers, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing detailed space plans and technical drawing packages (GA plans, finishes plans, RCPs, lighting layouts, bespoke joinery details) Creating product specification documents Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers Attending and overseeing site meetings to ensure design integrity and project delivery

About You

Degree in Interior Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related discipline Minimum

5 years' experience

in a similar role, delivering technical drawing packages across a range of scales Experience in

retail, hospitality, or leisure projects

(health & fitness/spa sector experience desirable, but not essential) Excellent technical knowledge of

AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

Strong understanding of

UK Building Regulations
