We are a well-established small Architectural Practice based in Northeast Cambridgeshire wishing to appoint an Architectural Technician. We undertake small to Medium size residential, commercial and industrial projects, mainly located in East Anglia
Duties
You would work as part of a team visiting clients' properties, construction sites and meetings with clients and Contractors. You would discuss the proposal with the client and develop the proposal.
You would undertake Planning and Building Regulation design drawings as part of the team. You would report to the Directors of the Company.. professional membership Fees paid. A clean Driving Licence is essentail.
Experience
Proven experience with CAD software
Familiarity with 3D modelling tools such as SketchUp
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
