Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated

Architectural Technologist

with strong technical design skills, the ability to prepare detailed drawings, and experience coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and workshop teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation. Prepare drawings for construction, joinery, kitchen layouts, and interior fit-outs. Assist with planning applications, building regulations, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and workshop teams. Translate concept designs into technical working drawings (AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp). Conduct site visits to verify measurements and resolve design-related queries. Support project managers with material specifications and design reports. Ensure all drawings meet UK standards, building regulations, and project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

Revit

,

SketchUp

, and related design tools. Understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes. Ability to produce accurate technical drawings. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: 41,800.00-43,000.00 per year
