Archive & Myth is one of The Hippodrome Casino's most distinctive bar experiences--where classic elegance meets modern bartending. Nestled within London's most iconic entertainment venue, this bar is a destination for guests seeking expertly crafted cocktails, premium spirits, and exceptional service in a stylish, intimate setting.


We're looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join the Archive & Myth team. You'll be serving signature cocktails, engaging with guests, and helping create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standard. Deliver exceptional guest service with confidence and personality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Work collaboratively with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service. Keep up to date with cocktail trends and contribute to menu development.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high-end hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A polished, professional appearance and attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
